PRIVACY POLICY – AMIGAVINTAGE

Last updated: 22 October 2026.

1. DATA CONTROLLER AND CONTACT

Yannick Jumel, a sole trader operating under the French micro-enterprise regime and trading as AmigaVintage, is the controller of personal data processed in connection with the shop at www.amigavintage.fr.

Business address: 16 rue Gabriel Péri, 80470 Ailly-sur-Somme, France. Contact: contact@amigavintage.fr; telephone: +33 6 74 20 71 03. You can also use the website’s contact form.

2. DATA PROCESSED

Depending on the services you use, we process your name and contact details, billing and delivery addresses, account information, orders, payment references, invoices, delivery information, customer service requests and documents you send us. Technical data may be processed to operate and secure the website.

Mandatory fields are identified in the forms. Without the necessary information, we cannot process the relevant order or request. Other information is optional.

The information needed for card payments is processed by the payment provider used for your order. A copy of an identity document is requested for a first payment by French cheque, under the payment conditions in the terms of sale; it is deleted as soon as the relevant verification is complete.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

Accounts, orders and after-sales service: managing accounts, purchases, payments, deliveries, returns and guarantees. These activities rely on performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you request.

Accounting and legal obligations: issuing and keeping invoices and supporting documents, and meeting the seller’s applicable obligations. These activities rely on a legal obligation.

Enquiries and security: answering enquiries unrelated to an order, preventing fraud, protecting access and defending AmigaVintage’s rights. These activities rely on the corresponding legitimate interest, subject to your rights and applicable legal conditions.

Optional external service: loading Google Fonts to display the Poppins font relies on your prior choice in the cookies and external services manager.

If marketing communications are offered, the conditions for subscribing and unsubscribing are explained when your information is collected. You can object to direct marketing or withdraw consent where it is the legal basis.

4. RECIPIENTS

Data is available to authorised persons managing AmigaVintage and, within their respective roles, hosting and maintenance, payment, delivery and accounting providers. Authorities may receive information where disclosure is legally required. The data is not intended to be sold to third parties.

The shop’s declared hosting provider is LWS. For deliveries, the parties involved receive the information necessary to arrange and track the shipment. If you allow Google Fonts, your browser connects to Google services to obtain font files.

5. RETENTION

Account and message deletions are carried out manually by AmigaVintage.

Inactive customer accounts: one year of inactivity, without affecting order data and documents that must be kept separately for a legal obligation, guarantee or dispute.

Customer service messages: one year after the request has been handled, unless information is needed for a complaint, guarantee claim or dispute.

Identity document copies for cheques: deleted as soon as the verification for which they were requested is complete. Access is restricted to the persons carrying out that verification.

Invoices and accounting documents: ten years under applicable accounting obligations. Deleting an account does not delete documents subject to this legal retention requirement.

Optional service choices: the av_cookie_choices cookie remembers your choice for a configured period of 180 days. The shop’s technical cookie lifetime is configured to 480 hours, or 20 days. These are not the retention periods for accounts or invoices.

Technical logs, backups and traffic data collected before collection was suspended have separate retention cycles. Exact periods for these categories have not yet been established in this policy; you can request further details at contact@amigavintage.fr. Suspending a collection tool does not delete previously recorded data.

6. COOKIES AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

Trackers strictly necessary for requested functions, such as sessions, sign-in and the basket, support the operation of the shop. Tarteaucitron, hosted on this website, lets you choose whether to load the optional Google Fonts service.

You can accept, reject or customise this choice. Use the “Manage cookies” link or the manager’s icon to change it at any time. Rejecting Google Fonts leaves the shop’s functions available and uses the theme’s fallback font.

Google Fonts loads the Poppins font from Google only after you allow it. This connection communicates information including your IP address to the server delivering the files. It is separate from Google Analytics. Provider information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Analytics has been removed from the website integration. The Google Analytics module, the embedded Facebook block and PrestaShop’s “Data mining for statistics” module are disabled. New traffic collection by the latter is suspended, including global page views.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary trackers may affect the basket or sign-in. Managing trackers does not replace exercising your rights over account, order or billing data.

7. SECURITY

AmigaVintage takes technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and unlawful use. Do not send your password or complete card details in a customer service message.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Erasure may be restricted by a legal retention obligation or the need to defend legal rights.

To exercise your rights, write to contact@amigavintage.fr, use the contact form or send a letter to the business address at the start of this policy. Where there is reasonable doubt about your identity, proportionate additional information may be requested.

We normally respond within one month. This may be extended by two months for complex or numerous requests; you will be informed of the extension and its reasons within the first month.

9. COMPLAINTS

You can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés: https://www.cnil.fr.

10. INTERNATIONAL SERVICES AND TRANSFERS

An international delivery may require shipment information to be shared with parties in the destination country. Authorised external services may also use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area.

Google explains its transfer mechanisms and safeguards at https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks. You can reject Google Fonts in the manager to prevent it from loading through this shop. Contact AmigaVintage for information about recipients and safeguards relating to another provider involved in your order.

11. UPDATES

This policy may change as services, processing activities and legislation evolve. The update date appears at the top of this page. Changes requiring new information or fresh consent are handled under the applicable rules.
