Shipping and returns
Your parcel will be prepared and dispatched within 2 days of receiving payment.
We use La Poste and Mondial Relay to deliver your parcel securely, with or without a signature depending on your choice.
Please contact us in advance for deliveries requiring a signature, as additional charges may apply.
A tracking link will be provided, regardless of the delivery method selected, so that you can track your parcel online.
Shipping charges include order preparation, packaging and postage.
Preparation charges are fixed, while postage varies according to the total parcel weight.
We encourage you to group your items into a single order to optimise shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot combine shipping charges for separate orders.
Your parcel is packed with care, with particular attention given to fragile items.
We use appropriately sized boxes to protect your items.
